Terms and Conditions for The ASE Academy Spiritual Community Groups

Welcome to The ASE Academy's Spiritual Community Group! These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription to and use of the services provided by The ASE Academy. By joining and using our community, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The ASE Academy's Spiritual Community Group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not access the community.

2. Membership and Subscription

The ASE Academy offers a subscription-based membership to its Spiritual Community Group, where members receive access to exclusive content, live events, spiritual courses, group coaching, and more.

2.1 Eligibility

To participate in the community, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have legal consent if under 18.

  • Agree to participate in the community in a respectful and positive manner.

2.2 Subscription Fee

Members agree to pay a monthly subscription fee for access to The ASE Academy's Spiritual Community Group. This fee will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis, starting from the day of registration and every subsequent month. Payments are processed via secure payment gateways.

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable after payment is made for the current month.

  • Members can cancel their subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

2.3 Free Trial

If offered, a free trial period is available for new members. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will convert into a paid membership, and you will be charged the regular monthly fee.

3. Access to Content

By subscribing to The ASE Academy's Spiritual Community Group, you gain access to exclusive resources, including:

  • Online spiritual courses and workshops.

  • Guided meditations, rituals, and exercises.

  • Live events, webinars, and group coaching sessions.

  • Private community discussion groups.

Content is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use, and members may not share, distribute, or reproduce content without prior permission from The ASE Academy.

3.1 Content Availability

While The ASE Academy makes every effort to provide continuous access, we cannot guarantee the availability of content at all times due to system maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Content Updates

The ASE Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any content at its discretion. We will notify members of any major changes.

4. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to engage respectfully within the community. This includes:

  • Treating others with kindness and respect.

  • Refraining from harmful, discriminatory, or offensive language.

  • Engaging in constructive discussions and supporting one another's growth.

  • Protecting the privacy of others and not sharing personal information without consent.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the community.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We value your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Your use of the community is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • Personal data may be used for communication, billing, and member support purposes.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

5.1 Confidentiality within the Community

Members are expected to maintain confidentiality within the community. Any private or sensitive information shared in discussions should remain within the group and not be disclosed outside of it.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings on the website. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be provided for partial months or previous charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through The ASE Academy’s Spiritual Community Group, including videos, articles, courses, and other materials, are owned by The ASE Academy or its licensors. All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Members may not copy, distribute, or modify content without explicit written consent from The ASE Academy.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using The ASE Academy’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The ASE Academy is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your participation in the community.

  • We do not offer medical, legal, or psychological advice. All spiritual content is intended for personal development and is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.

You use the services at your own risk, and The ASE Academy is not responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from your participation in the community.

9. Modifications to the Terms

The ASE Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members, and continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The ASE Academy operates. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the community will be resolved under the laws of that jurisdiction.

11. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise related to these Terms, we encourage you to contact The ASE Academy’s support team to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, members agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

12. Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless The ASE Academy, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or legal liabilities arising from your actions or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Force Majeure

The ASE Academy is not responsible for delays or failure to perform under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
