The Core Conflict

Good morning, Ambassador! How are you today? I pray you are well and fine on this most glorious day. WE're living, breathing, moving, and grooving and moving forward with the spirit of excellence, by all means.

I've been wanting to reach out to you for a while but hesitated with the podcast, creative, a project, personal things, etc., etc., et al. So I decided today would be the perfect day to reach out. I have to ask, what if the very thing you've been asking for is waiting on a version of you that hasn't fully stood up yet?

I'm not talking next year, not after the kids graduate high school, not after your partner acts right, not when you finish that one project, or after life settles down. Right now.

Many have stated they feel stuck, sluggish, confused, or like they're in an identity crisis. They can't seem to get traction no matter how much work they've done. Sound familiar?

Like them, you know you're changing, but you can't quite put your finger on what's happening. What if I told you that isn't failure, but transition?

One of the greatest mistakes we make is believing we're procrastinating when, in reality, we're subconsciously avoiding the next version of ourselves. *raises hand* A mess, you hear me? Whew. Been there, done that, got an entire outfit from that initiation.

The old brain doesn't like unfamiliar territory because it would rather repeat a painful pattern than introduce you to an unfamiliar freedom. That's why change can feel so uncomfortable. You're not only changing your habits, but you're changing your standing.

The old brain operates from what your bloodline has already reported or programming that is defunct.

This is just how we do things. Also known as, change is not welcome.

This is how relationships work. Also known as, it's you and not them.

This is what happens when you trust people. Also known as, everyone will do this.

This is as far as people like us ever get. Also known as, pessimism.

It doesn't question the report because it believes the report is true and the new brain asks a different question.

What if that report expired generationssss ago?

Imagine trying to build a healthy relationship using instructions written by every heartbreak you've ever survived. The old brain says, "Protect yourself first. Shhhh... Don't say too much. Stay ahead and keep one foot out the door."

Then you wonder why connection feels blah.

Or maybe it's your career. You know you're supposed to launch the business, apply for the position, raise your prices, or finally write that book. But every time you get close, something in you whispers, "You're not ready." Don't listen to liars!

That isn't laziness or procrastination. It's outdated information trying to govern a new identity, dah'ling.

As Ambassadors, we renew our minds daily because every new level requires a new way of thinking, being, seeing, and doing. Some of you are in the middle of an overhaul right now. I feel it for you! It feels discombobulated, frustrating, and you can't explain why the things that used to satisfy you no longer do.

It's giving boring. It's giving, I don't want to ruffle feathers

That's because your breakthrough is asking you to stop consulting yesterday's mind about tomorrow's assignment. You hear that? STand up!

Stay with me...

Here's something I'd like you to sit with today, brought to you by season 3, episode 3 of the podcast.

What pattern keeps showing up in your life that no longer fits the person you're becoming?

Sit with it.

Take your time, write it down, and pay attention to what rises to the surface. That question may reveal the very identity layer waiting to be explored.

You don't have to stay governed by an old report because you have the authority to stand as a new creation. Stop fucking that person that's draining your energy or blocking your progress. Alright, i'll behave.

If you're ready to identify the next identity layer, uncover the pattern that's keeping you cycling, and begin operating from the version of you that's been calling for your attention, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Send me an email at contact@thehouseofoshun.com to schedule a consultation.

Your next breakthrough may not require more effort.

It may simply require a new mind to receive it. You either want to step up or sit where you are.

Love, light, and fight,

The Old Brain

It's deeply habitual, instinctual, and resistant to change. It can't see the forest for the trees. It's priority is survival over expansion. Comfort over movement and unwillingness to compromise. Stubborn.

The New Brain

This one is aware, analytical, and visionary. It allows us to participate consciously in our own evolution. It gives expansion if you know how to be at ease even when things aren't adding up.

Ethereal ethereal smoke rings intertwining in layers of charcoal and white to represent complex thought processes.

Conscious Awakening

To move from habit to growth, we must learn to bridge these two states. Evolution isn't about erasing the old brain; it's about leading it with the wisdom of the new. -unknown

This month, we invite you to sit with your habitual patterns and ask  the following, Is this instinct, or is this evolution?
