PREPARATION PROTOCOL
Do not rush this or any other process. The intentional preparation determines the outcome.
- Bring water to a full boil (NOT ROLLING)
- Activate your blend to align with you, state your intentions into the blend
- Add the herbal blend with your right hand
- Reduce heat and allow to steep for full infusion up to 1-hour
- During this time, move about with the intention in mind; listening to high energy music that aligns, speak your declarations or prayer loudly
- Strain the liquid (if needed) and allow it to cool before use
Sidebar: You can add limes to the blend and ice for a bit of intensity. Not recommended for those who are not familiar with the work that entails.
HOW TO USE
For the Body: Apply after regular bathing with white soap/coa-coa soap or showering as a final rinse of energetic debris. Afterwards, adorn your body with sweet scents (Shut Up and Kiss Me Oil) to welcome in the sweet and ward off the bitter. Light colored head wrap and clothing, fresh bedding, and scents to match your new intentions. If used head-down it is important to wrap the head and not go out immediately the next day. Take time to reset, recharge, and recalibrate.
Sidebar: Do not have any sex for at least 7-days after. If you are cutting a connection out of your life, do not interact with the person/people, and focus on yourself until you call all your power back.
For the Home:
1. Do a one-over with your regular cleaning products and intentions for the process. 2. Add to mop bucket or use to wipe down entry points, floors, and key areas. 3. Wait 1 day, and you can do a once-over with your cleaning products again.
