3 Questions to Break Free from Stagnation and Conflict

Hey y'all! The number 3 has been prominent over the course of this year. What does that number mean to you, and how do you use it to apply 'attention to detail' in your everyday activities? Hmmmmm, now then, for me and this House, the number 3 has many meanings depending upon the circumstance and situation at hand. As of today, it means past, present, and future, as in everything coming full circle each and every day. All is in alignment on all timelines. Lots of déjà vu and whoopty doo! Let's get into the 3 questions that can help with alignment at all times, no matter what, in this time of being pulled in different directions.

Is This Situation Helping Me Grow or Keeping Me Stuck?

Design a vibrant image of Hathor in a flowing white and purple robe, decorated with gold that gleams like the dawn. Her robe is adorned with moon and star imagery, glowing softly in the night sky. She stands in a lush, divine garden with the sun setting behind her, casting hues of pink, orange, and purple across the sky. Her hands are raised in joy and offering, as if radiating love and abundance to the world.

This ;ife is full of decisions, interactions, and situations that can either move us forward or anchor us in the same place. Most challenge's present us an opportunity for growth, but not all challenges are meant for our personal evolution. The key is asking ourselves, is this here situation helping me grow, or is it keeping me stuck?

It’s easy to get caught up in the emotions of a moment. May it be a difficult conversation, a project that isn’t moving forward, or a relationship that feels draining. But taking a step back and evaluating the situation from a higher perspective allows you to discern whether the challenge at hand is an opportunity for growth or just a roadblock in disguise.

Ask yourself, is this 'thing' teaching me something valuable about myself or others? If it’s not, then it might be time to analyze why you’re still holding on to it. Let that shit go! Growth isn’t always easy, but it should feel aligned with your soul’s purpose, not like a struggle that leaves you feeling drained, confused, or unenthused.

Will This Conflict Matter in a Week, a Month, or a Year?

Generate an image of two celestial guardians adorned with crowns and robes, standing before an ancient Enochian gate. The guardians should have mystical energy flowing around them, with symbols of protection and strength illuminated on their armor. Their presence should convey both wisdom and power, with dark, starry skies in the background.

I've noticed an onslaught of domestic violence cases that need to ask this one question and take action accordingly before things get out of hand. When we’re in the middle of conflict, especially emotional or interpersonal, it can feel all-consuming. Whether it’s a disagreement with a friend, a colleague, or a family member, emotions can cloud our judgment. But in moments of tension, it’s helpful to ask, will this conflict matter in a week, a month, or a year?

Often, we find that the things we get caught up in these small disagreements, the miscommunications, the misunderstandings that don’t hold weight over time. They are fleeting moments in the grand scheme of our lives, the play, the movie, if you will. And when we zoom out, we see that investing too much of our energy in these small conflicts detracts from the larger picture.

Ask yourself, is it worth my time and energy to dwell on this, or can I let go and move forward? Choosing peace over prolonged conflict often allows space for personal growth and healing. It’s about knowing when to stand your ground and when to let things slide, knowing that not every battle is worth fighting.

Am I Protecting My Energy, or Leaking It?

Create an image of the Egyptian goddess Isis wearing an elegant white robe with gold accents, flowing in the wind. Her robe is adorned with purple and silver patterns that shimmer like the night sky. She stands beneath a crescent moon with stars twinkling around her, while the backdrop shows the vibrant colors of a sunset blending into the horizon. Her wings spread wide, casting a protective aura of divine energy.

Protect your essence. Your Jupiter is how you share your essence with others. Connect the dots. Some of us can't wear clothes with holes because that, my friend, is a leak. One of the most important questions we can ask ourselves is whether we’re protecting or leaking our energy. Energy is precious and once it’s drained, it can take time to refill. The situations we engage with, the people we surround ourselves with, and even the thoughts we entertain either protect or deplete our energy. Of course, as a reminder, be mindful of whom you share your honey and gold with. Moving forward.

When you find yourself feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, pause and ask, am I protecting my energy, or am I leaking it? Often, it’s the small habits or unconscious interactions that drain us the most. Perhaps it’s a toxic work environment, a relationship that no longer serves you, or simply allowing negative self-talk to run rampant.

Protecting your energy is not about avoiding challenges or conflicts but it’s about setting boundaries, making conscious choices, and engaging only with what aligns with your highest self. It’s about knowing when to say no, and being aware of where you invest your time, focus, and emotions.

Let's Wrap This Up!

I'm not saying monitor your life like a micromanaging lunatic (points to self, I have my day's) but take a heartfelt logical approach to the moves you make. At every turn, we are met with choices that shape our growth. Life challenges us to rise, but it also gives us the opportunity to discern what serves our highest good and what keeps us stuck. By asking ourselves these three questions, Is this situation helping me grow or keeping me stuck? Will this conflict matter in a week, a month, or a year? Am I protecting my energy or leaking it? We are empowered to make decisions that align with our journey, preserve our energy, and keep us moving forward on the path of growth.

In moments of doubt or overwhelm, reflect on these questions and honor the answers that arise. The clarity you gain will not only help you navigate the present moment but also ensure that your choices today are leading you to the growth and transformation you seek.

Do not allow anyone to interfere with what you have going on!
