The War You’re Actually Fighting Is in Your Mind, Not on the News

Greetings, Intergalactic Beings of Higher Realms, today is a great day to have an awesome and amazing day. As you all know, things have taken a turn that many of us sensed, but we awaited the truth and clarity of the reveal of the manifestation. We're facing a possible setup for a major shift in our reality as we know it.
I remember last year during the eclipse in April I believe it was, I had a brief conversation with someone who stated he was leaving and moving to Thailand if he didn't get the president he wanted. I took it no further than to each his or her own. Now that what many knew would happen, it is important for us to remember, presidents are merely puppeteered actors on the world stage. Many forget because everyone wants to have a false hope for humanity.
Well we are aware that things change when we take matters into our own hands, in our communities and pods. There is no reason to fret over things that are meant to throw each of you in a frenzy. Your emotions are a currency, your life path is a fragment of a collective body that needs you to pull through. Am I saying it will be easy, no. Is it doable, yes. We must stay in our respective positions and build outside of the system that is designed to keep us trapped by all the ism's.
When we make up our minds and stick to our guns about the roping and harvesting that takes place only then do, we truly stand in our power and take a stand. Do you know how important it is that you not feed this beast which depends on you to lose your mind, your cool, panic, become stressed and overtly prayerful? There is nothing wrong with prayer but we must take action.
The War on Your Mind is Louder Than the One on the News
Right now, millions of people are not just fighting for survival they are fighting to hold on to peace of mind. Fear sits low on the David Hawkins frequency scale, and the system knows this. When fear is activated, clarity disappears. That is when people abandon their core needs: safety, love, and belonging.
According to the World Health Organization, over 12 million people in Ukraine alone are experiencing critical emotional distress. But they’re not the only ones. Even those far removed from the battlefield are experiencing high levels of anxiety and psychic fatigue. That’s because trauma doesn't need to knock on your door or meet you in an alley to be felt. It only needs to enter through your screen.
The media works as a conduit for low-frequency looping and booty drooping. You scroll, you absorb, you collapse emotionally. That’s the agenda. When you're vibrating in guilt, grief, or apathy, you stop creating. You stop loving, planning, living and merely existing. You get stuck in emotional quicksand and become a shell of a person.
FOMO is Spiritual Sabotage in Disguise
Let’s talk about FOMO aka The Fear of Missing Out. It sounds harmless, even a little humorous, but it sits just a few bars above anxiety on the scale of consciousness. It keeps you addicted to comparison. You fear missing headlines, updates, political shifts, or the next social media panic trend. This is not just digital fatigue. It is a spiritually weaponized distraction designed to keep your frequency low, and your priorities confused but y'all know this, right? Yes, remember.
FOMO manifests as division in homes, distrust at work, and social dysregulation. People argue about politics and alliances instead of checking on each other’s well-being. They panic over news they cannot verify, or control only prepare for what-the-fuck-ever. This is not community. It is chaos masked as urgency! TF
Logging Off is Not Neglect. It is Ascension! hello?
When you unplug from the hysteria, you are not abandoning the world. You are anchoring yourself to it the core of what matters in the moment. At the top of Maslow’s pyramid sits self-actualization, but you cannot reach that level without safety, love, and rest. Disconnecting from media chaos is how you honor those lower-tier needs, dah'ling.
Try the following:
Turn off your notifications. If it’s real news, it will reach you. You do not need to be spiritually caffeinated by every crisis.
Step into nature. The vibration of the earth calibrates around 432 Hz for a reason. Reconnect.
Limit your exposure to trauma content because not everything deserves your sexy eyes. Be selective with what you intake with discipline and intention.
Be mindful of the conversation you are having at this time. Remember, people feed off drama and want others to feast with them. Not in this house.
Find something that stirs your creativity or feeds you healthy things, like a good book or a new line of study. Shift your focus to things that support your work as a healer.
Turn the lights on by including bright colors in your environment, clothing, diet, and scents. Hit all the senses to keep you grounded in a world of your choosing.
Y'all know I love a fresh bouquet of flowers to keep me in the energy of renewal and growth.
Alright, that's enough! Moving forward... The American Psychological Association found that people who consume constant crisis content report greater hopelessness and poorer decision-making. If you are feeling heavy, it may not be your burden. It may be what you absorbed unconsciously. We don't partake for our spirits sake.
Prepare for the Worst. Build for the Best
Fear without strategy is hysteria, paranoia, disconnection from the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you...God! But awareness coupled with preparation creates inner peace, clarity, connection, and direction. You do not need to be perfect, but you do need to be present. That is a higher frequency than the majority of the planet right now.
Create plans, connect with your people, do things that come natural to you. Keep your inner circle informed, hydrated, and aware. Build your personal infrastructure and learn something new. Speak up when needed, but do it from a place of strength, not panic. Remember, these next two years there will be a lot of illusions and delusions like never before!
Choose peace and try not to confuse it with passive. It is a position.
