By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through House of Oshun and/or communicating with LuLu in any fashion you are attesting that you ha...ve read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree and accept the following: 1. You are 18 years of age or older.
2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
3. Any information, communication and/or consultations with LuLu and/or via House of Oshun website(or Facebook) are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only.
4. No psychic or oracle reading given by LuLu and/or via House Of Oshun website (or Facebook) is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.
5. LuLu accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with LuLu and/or House of Oshun.
6. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless LuLu and House of Oshun, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
7. Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, display, share, distribute and/or archive any material, photo, content, etc. without express written permission from LuLu, Owner and Publisher.
8. Social Media: You may share LuLu's content and videos on appropiate social media outlets (Facebook, Pinterest, Twiter, Instagram, Digg and Tumblr) as long as appropiate attribution is given.

9. Payment Policy: i. Readings are scheduled and paid for in advance. ii. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund if the cancellation is in writing and with a 48 hour notice. iii. Sessions cancelled due to non-emergency & less than 48 hours 30% fee.

Lulu's private entertainment readings are always confidential. Minors are not read privately without the physical presence and/or written and verifiable consent of their parent or legal guardian. Lulu does not solicit future business from guests or offer her business card at an event unless an individual requests her card. Even then, she will only give out her card if this has been cleared ahead of time by you. Predictions are avoided. Dreadful news is never predicted. Any psychic entertainers booked through House of Oshun are bound by these same codes of conduct.
