Sit Down So You Can Rise Up

Throne Work for Ambassadors and Bloodline Builders

the house of oshun

Recognize i'm baaaaaack with a lil 1,2! You ever notice how folks want to borrow your light but not carry your weight? They see the glow but not the grind, pain, and tools that bring the purpose.

Now listen, I’m talking to the ones who got chosen before they had language. The ones who got handed the pain and the promise in the same breath. You didn’t just decide to do this work, you remembered you came here to finish it. That’s what it means to be an ambassador of the bloodline. That’s throne work. And you can’t halfway do it.

But let me tell you, sitting on your throne is not a glamor shot, perfect post, or wearing a mask. It’s not a pose. It’s an assignment.

👑 Throne Work Requires Mindful Authority

Abstract art of ancestral hands reaching through a mist to place a crown on a young woman’s head, cosmic sky in the background, symbolism of legacy and purpose
Use: Visual metaphor for “receiving the mantle”

The minute you claim your crown; people will either try to polish it or steal it. Some will try to destiny swap, yes and I said it!... because your path comes with presence, influence, and divine contracts that weren’t written in pencil. Don't you ever think it's in pencil!

So how do you stay grounded in a world that profits off your disconnection? You get strategic. You become mindful of what you pass down. You slow down and ask, “Is this mine to hold, or is this mine to heal and release?” We have to make it make sense.

This work isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being present. Handling things as they come up without spiritually spiraling. Honoring your intuition without outsourcing your power. And choosing to respond rather than react because you understand what your actions birth into the next generation. The renouncing and denouncing we've had to do shouldn't be something those who will carry the torch have to do.

💔 For the Ones Who Came from Brokenness

You may have grown up silenced, dismissed, or overlooked. Maybe you were the “too much” child. Maybe no one taught you how to hold your own power without guilt, shame, doubt, or fear. Let's be clear you’re not broken; you were just interrupted.

We don’t compare journeys over here. Comparison is the thief of joy and success. That’s the fastest way to invite someone else’s energy into your life. And you do not want that. Trust me. Focus on your path. Master it. Build on it. And when it feels hard, remember: this ain’t just your life, it’s your lineage asking for resolution.

🛑 Avoid the Traps: Energy Thieves, Minimizers, and Mission Diluters

do not compare your path

Beware of people who:

  • Downplay your accomplishments... Disregard the destiny crabs in le' barrel!

  • Fail to understand your love language... Or learn it, bye!

  • Want your help but never want your growth... waste of time and shine.

  • Imitator's of the five realms... Do not accept mirroring, if you are not in FACT twins.

You’re not here to babysit other people dis-comfort. You’re here to wear your crown with integrity. That means setting boundaries with people who don’t respect the royalty in your walk.

And just so we’re clear every time you dishonor your energy to be liked, you dilute your assignment. That’s not leadership. That’s delay, dysfunction, disaster, and bullshit.

💬 Real Testimony, Real Shift: client submission

One of my clients, a powerful woman by the name of Talia, came into a Copper Session saying she couldn’t shake a pattern of shrinking around her family. She was the first to go to therapy, first to finish college, first to break a curse and still felt like she was "too much." After just one consultation and two months in The Cellar, she said this: "For the first time, I don't apologize for evolving. I understand now that I was never supposed to fit in. I was supposed to outgrow the box and build something sacred." That's what this work does when you commit to it. You stop explaining and start embodying. We not only teach the work we do it! You can't teach and lead if you have not been tried by fire and come out with love and appreciation. Bitter are the fruits of retaliatory that only claim victory in the name of vengeance. We don't move like that.

🫂 You’re Not Alone in This

This community is for the black sheep, the bloodline restorers, the misunderstood geniuses who never had a guidebook but came to write one. We honor the awkwardness, the power surges, the breakthroughs, and the breakdowns. This is not a vibe it’s a vow. And we keep it together.
