This Weeks Undertone & Theme

There is a current undercurrent of blazing hot, impatient energy, and it's causing many to act out, snap, or make rash decisions. But this is actually a test of initiation: can you control your fire, or will it control you? I'm trying to figure it out. Remember, not everything requires a response, and you don't have to step off your throne when you've already chewed the meat and spit out the bones. You know what they say about people who eat bones.

Recognize:

• Notice when you feel reactive, restless, or quick to anger or judgment. Find your balance early in the a.m. and recenter and refocus accordingly. You have to know who and what is worth it. Come on now, we're growing and flowing!

• Pay attention to your thoughts like, “Something has to change and now.” You have to get in the energy of "I'll be damned if this is my life." Have you had enough? Are you fed up? Well, step out of your comfort zone and let's get it on!

• Be aware of when you're tempted to start, quit, or confront without clarity. Darling, I get it. It's the people with the audacity who challenge you because you're the status quo.

Defeat:

• Turn the fuck up and move your body with intention: dance, stomp, shake out energy. Take a different scenic route to and fro. Create a dance routine, learn a new way of expressing yourself, create something innovative. Do something.

• Write down everything you want to say but burn it, bury it, dissolve it instead of sending it. One thing about air, smoke, wind, etc., it's gonna rise. Let that shit go and let that ho know. Let's go!

• Let your creative juices flow! Channel impulse into creation by doing things like painting, speaking, writing, or rearranging your altar.

Prevent:

• Limit tech and social input for one full day or at moonrise. You know your life.

• Rise before sunrise and ground yourself in stillness before speaking. Aries rules from 6-8 a.m.; before that, you should ground your energy from dreams into reality. Take time to be in silence to receive the early morning downloads and preparations for the day.

• Root your awareness in power by finding your power color coding or wear red but anchor it with black or gold; this is symbolic of mastery over fire.

Affirmation Station

My fire is sacred. I choose how and when I burn. I discern, learn and earn my turn. This is my life and I live with ease.
